BPR-Studded Maroon 5 House Hits Market

Maroon 5 lead guitarist James B. Valentine put his house on the market, and now BPR-studded photos of the listing have hit the Los Angeles Times and Curbed LA!

The Loz Feliz home is known as The Steel House because of its steel-centric midcentury modern design — all clean lines, beamed ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that look out on lush greenery and views of downtown LA. The incredible property is listed at $3.785 million.

Kirsten Blazek, Creative Director of A1000XBetter, readied the house for its market debut with a big dollop of some of BPR’s best rugs. Colorful wool and silk antique BPR rugs adorn the living, dining, bath, and bedroom areas among others. Paired with elegant midcentury furniture and bohemian details, the rugs help create a welcoming, timeless California atmosphere throughout the light-flooded home.
